I think that this picture follows the composition rule for framing because the land is surrounded by the waters from hurricane Ike and it's basically "framing" the land. I don't think it's the best frame, but I really liked this picture because of how AMAZING it looks and it almost doesn't look believable. Wednesday, October 14, 2009
