Next shoot - Action/Sports
General focus of portfolio (photoj, sports, stories, etc.)- Stories
List three problems that the judges note with the portfolio - With the story about the eating disorder, one judge thought that it could have been better and he has seen it made better. On the same story, one judge didn't really see any emotions and feelings behind them. There was no strong singles either.
List two things the judges like- They liked the picture with the guy sweeping because it had a really nice background to it and it complemented the picture good. They also liked the girl that fell in the hurdles becuase in the picture, you can see her legs just pointed out and her emotion. one of the judges liked the picture with the guys in the stairwell because there was a nice graphic to it.
What is your overall impression? What did you like or not like?- My overall impression, was that some pictures could have been shot better whether it had been due to the lighting or what objects it had or possibly what it didn't have. Something that I did like was how in some pictures it told a story with the emotions that showed within the character.
